I know that Ava is smack dab in the middle of this drug story with Stefan & it was a wise move to have Tripp to fly off to China with Wendy, given as to what he had relayed to his mom, with Wendy in tow, but remember with how Clyde had threatened Tripp’s life to keep Ava in line, is it wise for him leave for China with Wendy, given as to what Clyde had done to Abigail, & how he let EJ to believe that Susan was dead & had her sent to Edmund, when he could easily arrange for a plane crash for Tripp & Wendy to die in, to me, with Ava knowing the death threats to her son from Clyde, she would drop Stefan in a heartbeat & leave him with this drug story alone & fly to New Zealand, where Tripp & Wendy can make a connecting flight to China from there, so Ava would restart her life & be there for her grandson, Henry, no matter there wasn’t any love lost between her & her son, Charlie Dale?
I actually thought that yesterday was their last day, but it looks like Tripp is still on next week. I’m not sure that Clyde would want to take down a whole plane just to kill Tripp. That storyline would not even fly. Think about it, he kills a whole plane’s worth of people, so there would be no reason for Ava to do his bidding. Not only that, Ava hasn’t stopped doing his bidding yet. So what would be the point of killing Tripp first? The other thing that’s important, I think Shin might have the ability to exact revenge on Clyde. I think Clyde will, in the end, be responsible for Li Shin’s death and the Shin family will take him out. That’s what I’d like to see happen. I don’t like Clyde and find him to be useless.
As for Wendy and Tripp, their characters are boring. They are barely used and don’t really add to any storylines at this point. I have no problem with them going to China. They always have the potential to return. I’d actually like to see Joey return. Stephanie doesn’t do anything for me and Steve and Kayla need their children around.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Clyde was involved with Li’s death. Perhaps another case of oops offed the wrong person. Maybe he was after Tripp and only a warning but his henchman made a mistake like he did with killing Abby instead of Belle.
I still wonder if Li will be brought back by Dr Rolf sometime in the future.@doolfan, I think Dr. Rolf will definitely play a role in the return of Li Shin, at least I hope so. Honestly, I liked Li and Melinda together and I am holding out hope for them in the future. I don’t like the crap Melinda is involved in with Sloan and I’d much rather see her and Li teamed up.
I also like Li and Melinda together. They seemed to be good for each other, helping each other cope with their losses.
The Sloan/Melinda baby stealing story is over the top. Melinda seems to be making up for the loss of her daughter by giving a baby to Sloan. However, she totally ignored the impact on Nicole. I hope the story ends soon, Nicole gets her baby, and Sloan and Melinda get punished. Who knows, maybe Melinda will move back to China.🤞🏻Melinda goes to China and hangs out with Wendy. They actually had a good conversation the other day and I thought, it’s too bad they killed off Melinda’s daughter.
I’d like to see Wendy and Melinda together in China also. Perhaps Days can have them discover Li still alive with Dr Rolf.
They had put it out there that Remington Hoffman was let go, according to the soaps news at soapcentral.com & that if he was coming back alive to this show, then explain this story involving Ava & Stefan, he had brought up being with & seeing Gabi in prison, given what Clyde had done to her, with how Ava & Stefan had been behaving recently, that may lead to Gabi’s murder, thanks to Clyde, given as to what had happened to Holly & how that student had gotten the pills that were given to Holly to o.d. on, if any one tries to investigate as to where Holly had gotten them, could lead to Gabs’ murder because of Clyde being Clyde, so that tells me that it’s futile to have a recast for Gabi, because, Stefan had brought being with her, once for the holidays & once to visit, with him mentioning it, I have a feeling that once mentions once again that he went to see her, they may end up telling him that Clyde had done her in, right?
But with how they have Stefan mentioning how he has been seeing Gabi, & with Holly’s o.d., & where & how the other student had gotten the uppers & with the investigation, you tell me how the investigation won’t go there, given who had Gabi’s leg broken in three places, think about it, once the investigation takes place, you tell me what Clyde will do to Gabi because of the investigation, the new actress would step into the role to close the story, & all because of the investigation would have Clyde to do what to Gabi?
But with how they have Stefan mentioning how he has been seeing Gabi, & with Holly’s o.d., & where & how the other student had gotten the uppers & with the investigation, you tell me how the investigation won’t go there, given who had Gabi’s leg broken in three places, think about it, once the investigation takes place, you tell me what Clyde will do to Gabi because of the investigation, the new actress would step into the role to close the story, & all because of the investigation would have Clyde to do what to Gabi?
