I was just thinking about what you were saying about the whole PC/Christmas thing but I’m not entirely sure that’s the reason. It must be monetary (eg, having to pay all actors to appear on the screen on the same week or similar). Because if everyone was so PC in the television world, then you would think that would extend to other shows too. But it seems to me just about every sitcom/drama has a Christmas episode of some sort. (Remember a year or so ago Two and a Half Men, Alan was going out with a woman who seemed perfect on the surface and turned out to be a psychotic obsessive compulsive who redecorated Charlie’s house like it was the Christmas part of a department store! haha). Just about every prime time show I can think of regularly has a Christmas ep so maybe it’s more DOOL related/budget related than anything else. (?)
