Whether you like it or not I don’t get why people are shocked by this. You can be annoyed by it or grossed out by it – but this is vintage DOOL.
DOOL has always dabbled in this mind control stuff (as Eve pointed out last week) and she certainly has a REAL motive even if we don’t agree with her actions.
I enjoy Eve – but I enjoy sneaky Eve not THIS Eve. This is too DiMera for me – I prefer her being a sneaky vixen than a "super villian."
I don’t get the point of this SL though. Kassie is not long term – and this was filmed PRIOR to the shut down and before they know Victoria (Ciara) was leaving. It almost feels like this was purely done to be the big DOOL Olympics cliffhanger – no other reason.
Over the top is their MO. Ben and Ciara could have been the next supercouple and they ran off Olivia. So effing stupid. How do these bozos keep a job?
I live Kassie as diabolical Eve too, but this is just stupid. You can’t brainwash someone in a day.
It’s not that I can’t handle it, it was because it was just too over the top. I almost started laughing because I thought it looked so stupid. I just ff’ed through all the scenes. I find this storyline to be a waste of Kassie’s talents. And unless Eve is going to end up at Bayview, she can’t be redeemed enough to bring her back.
I laughed at the wedding dress manaquin with the computer screen showing Ciara as the head. It reminded me of a Big Bang Theory episode where Sheldon was going around on a computer monitor attached to a pole. He was holed up in his room and wouldn’t come out – I forget why.
because Eve role is totally beneath her, mostly because true, she resents Ben for more than good reasons, but maybe she should have thought about what Paige thought about her mother planning, stalking, abusing and "F’ing" her boyfriend’s brains out.
Now, I can’t help thinking this is what will cause Ciara and Hope to both exit DOOL, because this ridiculous continuation of Rolf’s brainwashing routine will not end well for Ben or for Ciara. Predictible writing Carlivati. Maybe it’s you who needs to go!
