Doesn’t it seem logical someone running for office would be uncovered as an illegal?
Oh wait – this is Salem!Just her sister Hailey. I believe they don’t share the same mother, according to Hailey’s story. They’re father died, the Hailey’s mother died and she came to live with Trask when she was young. I think she may have overstayed a Visa.
like getting a false SSN for Hailey, birth certificate, etc in order for her to attend college and nursing school and to be hired. and in this day and age anybody who runs for political office HAS to know that every little piece of dirt about them will get out, it always does.
I wish Days had not done this storyline. I try to limit political stuff in my social media, because I already get a heavy dose of it daily. My husband is addicted to news. To add it to my one daytime show, is irritating me. I’m sure the writers have political opinions, as we all do, but I don’t need that to show up in my soap opera. JMHO.
I don’t care what party you do or do not belong to, but the media should put political news like the bs that was forced upon me yesterday on the political junkies’ networks, like CNN or MSNBC or Fox, or whatever. Lord knows they have enough of them that run politics 24-7, and those that like to watch can and should do so there, but if we’re not interrupted by the President himself, we’re interrupted by stories involving him or his administration, and frankly it pi$$es me off!!!! Sorry, but not sorry.
It is much too complicated an issue to try to deal with it in a soap opera. I too am sick of all the political nonsense that is constantly bombarding us. My mother and I did not speak for 6 weeks because all she ever wants to talk about is the President and I don’t call her to discuss that. She hung up on me when I told her she is the one who always brings it up, LOL. She is btw 86.
I follow politics very closely, but I watch Days for entertainment and don’t want political issues written into it. I can’t believe NBC interrupted programming all day for that dog and pony show. (Actually I can, but will not comment further.)
