I will admit, I fast forward most of the show so I’m probably not the best to judge. But I am so bored with Days & it’s current stories; I skip whole episodes. And judging from this board, maybe I’m not alone?
SLs are moving along quicker and I’m willing to wait to see how the new ideas kick in. But yeah, a lot is still tedious.
The new writing debuted on July 19th. I’m liking a few of the storylines right now, but the whole Hattie/Bonnie/Anjelica thing is just ridiculous to me. I’m sure the actors enjoy playing a different character, but it’s just so campy and I already have a headache from rolling my eyes so much!
and find the acting horrible in this entire Angelica/Hattie/Bonnie/Marlena/Adrienne mess to be some of the worst acting I have ever seen by these people. Sorry Carlivati, this is not my idea of great stories relating to the past. Hope you do better than this or DOOL is still in trouble.
This can’t be his SL – if he started on Wed. last week that foundation was already in the works. All we can hope for is it ENDS soon lol
I don’t watch GH but my Mom watches DOOL and GH. What is he known for on GH? The Mafia SL shit or other things? Give me some examples Patti LOL
he is supposed to be big on bringing back the DOOL vets and sls relating to them, and that’s fine with me; however, these are NOT my cup of tea. Kidnapping Marlena and soon to be Adrienne so Hattie and Bonnie can take over their lives…..seriously??? Give it a rest. I don’t know why he was fired from GH, only that he was. He obviously loved the mob stories, but too much of that is like leaving food out too long …. it starts to stink and I think the fans must have gotten fed up, and GH’s ratings went on a downward slide. I’m not saying we went from the frying pan into the fire, but I’m so hoping to feel that "oh no, it’s over already???" feeling to return but as of now it hasn’t for me. BUT… I’m hanging in there as always. Time will tell, but I have a feeling they may return more in the Fall, like right around November sweeps. I did read there is quite a nice sl building for Abe Carver that may shock us back into how he will plan on using the vets. Fingers crossed anyway!
