 How did we go from such a great actress with her portrayal of Abigail, to the whiny sounding Abigail we have now. The show has been so bad lately I’ve barely watched. I try to stomach one day a week. When will the new writers stuff show up?

 Its funny that everyone forgets that Kate wasnt a great actress when she first came on to Days Many peopl;e complained about her for a long time. Obviously she learned alot on daytime tv.

Maybe we just need to patient and give new actors a chance to gorw into their roles. 

I definitely think her acting is much better than Kate M’s was at the beginning. She does have a little bit of a whine to her voice sometimes which bothers me. It sounds a little like she’s reading a script when she does that. I actually really enjoyed the scene with she and Chad when they argued after the vow renewal. The content made no sense, but I thought the acting was good, especially Chad. The writing for her is really awful, however. They’re trying so hard to make sense of what she’s doing, but none of it is believable, even in soap world. If she’s supposed to be healed, or sane, or whatever they’re trying to portray, it’s not working. If they had Abby pay a visit to Marlena to adjust her medication, it would make more sense.
