that Will would end up delivering his daughter. I felt Sonny doing it was somewhat underwhelming and not the emotional and touching experience that Will would have been.
On the other hand, Nick’s acting was quite good. And it was nice to see Hope coming to the rescue.

He’s a great actor and I have hated seeing him so bad. I loved the original nice geeky Nick. That’s the guy I want to see again, not the psycho, jealous, paranoid and bigoted Nick we’ve been seeing.

while we were preempted yesterday, you should definitely see why Nick had the problems he had. Even though he’s been horrible to Will and Sonny, I could not help but feel sorry for him after seeing and hearing what he went through in prison.

Blake is doing a great job with the role! It will be interesting to see how Nick’s first interactions with Will and Sonny will be written. And Will knows what happened to Nick in prison, but Sonny doesn’t.

I think having Sonny deliver the baby was meant to mend his relationship with Gabi a little bit. Now they’ve been through this very intimate experience together and he was able to put aside his feelings toward her in order to help her. Also, it helps create a bond between him and Arianna.

And, I think the writers thought that it would work better to have Will be the one to save Nick’s life. I’m hoping that now Nick will back off of the whole blackmailing of Will and their relationship will be mended also.

there was definitely a wall between Gabi and Sonny. Now, not only have they managed to get through it, Gabi suddenly admitted to, or at least brought it out, that she knows why Sonny ‘hated’ her, and that no one could hate her more than she hates herself for her part in Melanie’s fate. Now, that’s over for them, and that’s fine. I just needed to have her acknowledge what she did, or at least she was aware that she had a huge part in what happened to Melanie. Now, I can accept all 4 of them working together at some point toward being stable and loving parents to this baby.
