Love how the ‘new’ show is going so far, but as long as we are bringing back some of our favorite characters, how about bring Don Craig (Jed Allen ) back. With John’s legal problems, he could help Carrie with John’s case, he has ties to many people in Salem (Marlena, Maggie, Roman, Julie), they could even have him romance Caroline Brady! It’s time he came back from mailing that darn letter!!
That’s a GREAT idea. Especially hooking him up with Caroline. But is he actually old enough? He was more like Marlena and Roman’s age so not too sure that would work. I could see Maggie but let’s not go there now that she’s engaged to Victor, who is probably way to old for her too. Of course, nobody ever says anything when the man is the older but then the woman is called a "cougar" if she picks a younger guy. "Taint fair, I tell ya.
BTW, Maggie wouldn’t move in with Victor because she didn’t want to leave her home. What’s going to happen to that now? Maybe Maggie is going to do what I’d do if I ever remarried. Maintain two separate households!!!
Just looked it up out of curiosity… John Aniston is 78 and Suzanne Rogers is 68. And yes, you’re right… if it were the other way around, people would be talking!
Jed Allen (Don Craig) is 76 years old, and was on DOOL 1971-1985. Deidre Hall (Marlena Evans) is almost 64 and has been on the show on and off (mostly on) since 1976. Peggy McCay (Caroline Brady) is almost 81 and has been on DOOL since 1983. John Aniston (Victor K.) is 78 and has been on the show on and off since 1987. Suzanne Rogers (Maggie) is 68 and has been on DOOL since 1973. Since they are all old enough to be collecting Social Security, they should be able to pursue a relationship with whomever they please. Several years difference in age, older or younger, should not make a difference. Viva romance for characters in their golden years!!!
