This is just my opinion on the fake deaths. I find it absolutely to be one awful storyline. What a waste of acting talent that these three veterans have. Not only that, we didn’t even see them all week. It was as if they dropped the ball. We didn’t see Steve, John, or Roman either. Steve’s name was mentioned once. This is a storyline that no one is really putting any effort into and because of it, we hardly see any of the characters that it involves. I am going to be out of the country until April, so I’m only going to see Monday’s show. I’ll have to read the daily synopsis and when I get back, pick which episodes I really want to see.
There is no custody battle between Gabi, Will, and Sonny. Therefore, I don’t believe there would be a problem of telling Li about Ari’s school. At that point that you mention, Gabi and Li were moments from marrying. If I were about to marry someone and he was going to be the step-dad to my child, I’d probably let him know where they go to school, my child’s teacher, probably after school activities too. And to be honest, no co-parent would have the ability to tell me I couldn’t share that info with my soon to be spouse. There are millions of step-parents around the world, I’m sure most of them know the school their step-children attend.
I don’t see it the way you do. I think Johnny was thinking if he tells Stefan, Stefan wouldn’t eat or drink anything EJ personally served him. I don’t think he thought Stefan would switch drinks or food. I believe this, because at this point, Johnny still doesn’t think that Stefan tried to poison EJ, he thinks it’s been all EJ poisoning Stefan. I also think Johnny can believe his dad would do something underhanded, but he doesn’t know Stefan well enough to know that Stefan can be just as underhanded. BTW, spoilers say EJ and Stefan call a fake truce and EJ and Nicole are forced to regroup.
If you read closely, bluebonnet said Gabi may have told Li all of that information before they were married, like when they were living together at Rafe’s.
I don’t think discipline is a verbal attack. If he called her names that would be a verbal attack, if he tells his daughter her behavior is unacceptable and that the next time she has such an outburst that she’ll be grounded or lose her phone or some privilege, that’s discipline and what a responsible parent does. That is not verbal abuse or verbally attacking your child.
I think the writers are full of crap. There’s no way Paulina’s assets could be frozen because Sloan has a vendetta against her and Chanel. Completely stupid and not even close to what could really happen. There’s no charges against Paulina or Chanel, it’s just Sloan suing them. If every time someone was sued, their assets were frozen, there would be a lot of frozen assets in this country. Craptastic writing for sure.
And I don’t understand why Johnny is being kept in the dark about what Stefan was doing to EJ. It would seem EJ would at least reveal that to his son.
I think it’s a BS excuse. I think Nicole called Eric out on that too. He always judged Nicole for her behavior, but I never see him call out Sloan. He always tried to change Nicole, to make her a better person. He was very judgmental. But with Sloan he is the complete and total opposite.
I was confused at first, but it looks like Gabi told Li that Ari’s school here in the US had not sent the records to NZ. So, Gabi told Li she was going to go to the US school and give them a piece of her mind. I am assuming that Li called the US school and asked if they had sent the records. Otherwise, you’re right, Li has no idea which NZ school Ari is attending.
I think Rachel is an absolute BRAT! Brady is a weak parent and Chloe isn’t much better because she makes excuses for this rude behavior. Rachel needs to be put in her place. She is a kid, not an adult, and not the person who should be deciding what’s best for her dad. And you are correct, Rachel’s criminal mother, who is still alive, does not compare to Brady’s dead mother. If I don’t see Kristin or Rachel again, it will be just fine for me.
I wasn’t paying too much attention during the Gabi faking the phone call scene. Did Li call Ari’s school in Salem? If that’s where he called, it could be obvious which school Ari attended. It’s not that hard to figure out. I know if someone attends public school in my area, there are only two elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school. It’s not that hard to figure out.
I think you’re jumping the gun. I look forward to Paul and Andrew returning. I will wait to see what is planned. I personally don’t think they’re going to be long term, so they’ll probably help Joh, Roman, and Steve, and then be gone again.
I have no idea who could possibly run Titan. If not Alex, then who. Brady is working for Dimera. Justin is doing the lawyer thing. Phillip is still in the loony bin. That only leaves Maggie and aside from managing a restaurant, what corporate experience does she have?
A clone is an exact replica. If you were watching when Hattie came to Salem, she was a rather homely waitress. If she were cloned, her clones would look like homely Hattie, not glamorous Marlena. DNA is used to create a clone, so more than likely, Rolf harvested DNA from Marlena at some point in time when Stefano had her, and her harvested DNA was used to create Marlena clones. That said, there is absolutely no possible way ever for Hattie’s DNA to be used to create a Kate or Kayla clone. This is science not conjecture. Read up on Dolly the sheep.
I see what you’re saying about EJ. He did get burned at some point and so there is a possibility to use old footage, however this may be where James Scott has the right to his image and he may not agree to let Days use it. I’m guessing Jensen Ackles gave them permission. I recall they wanted to use Tom Horton’s image for something and MacDonald Carey’s family would not allow them to use it, so they ended up doing something where we assumed it was Tom Horton, but it wasn’t.
As for Roman and Paulina, I think it’s just coincidence that Kate was able to get through to them when they were with the urn. Maybe they heard her because they were at the bar. That may be the place Kate was imagining when she was reaching out to Roman. Seriously, if you had to imagine Roman in your head in a place in Salem, you wouldn’t imagine him in the alley or the town square, you’d picture him in the Pub and the bar. That happened to be where Paulina was all by herself. If Roman had been there, I bet he would have heard her too.
