The whole scene was so bad, I didn’t even pay attention until they arrested Stefano. Bo’s accent was so bad I just tuned out everything else. I didn’t even take notice of Hope, John or Rafe.
Loved victor and Maggie. I’m going to be so upset if they split them up. Hopefully the new writers will see what a mistake that could be and they’ll keep them together. Maybe they could even make Victor Daniels biological father and then he and Maggie will come back together. Of course if they do that, then Melanie will have once been married to her uncle, ewwww!
This is Days and the writers are not a very logical group of people. If its cocaine, wouldn’t it also have a somewhat numbing effect? I’ve never used it mind you, but don’t the police always put it on their tongue to test for cocaine on the TV shows?
I thought I was just being a little jaded today. I have to agree, the acting was awful. If I weren’t a long time viewer and had just turned the show on, I would have been laughing my butt off over the very stilted delivery. None of them made me think the situation was even a little believable.
Bo and Hope were a joke. I think my kids could have been more stealthy. Why would Bo have the ringer on if he didn’t want anyone to know he was there? Why would he just lay the phone down instead of leaving it in his pocket? Why would Shane call? The writing was simply horrible!
I’ve only seen the first 10 minutes and I’ve already vomited in my mouth and ff through that part. They just look gross together. Worse than Lucas and Chloe. It’s so not right on so many levels.
The writing sucks. The real Marlena wouldn’t act like she did, no one would agree to making their loved ones think they’re dead, regardless of wanting to fool Stefano, Irish wake or not, Doug and Julie were drinking and looking very celebratory. I honestly don’t think they could have fooled a soul. Even if Caroline and Ciera were on a trip in reality they would have come home immediately. It would look a lot suspicious to me that they just stayed gone. Lastly, of course Stefano would have spies. Just because a bunch of people died doesn’t mean he’d end his quest to find whatever it is he’s looking for.
Yes, thes are all impossible except in Salem. One question though, isn’t Carrie another on of the numerous women in Salem who isn’t suppose to be able to have kids? I thought that was discovered after she had that hysterical pregnancy with Lucas when she married him. Salem is one crazy town though. They also have some of the worst OB/GYNs around because all of the infertile women get pregnant, Nicole twice, Chloe, now Carrie?
This is the town where people speak loudly to themselves and talk about their secrets in public places so that everyone can hear them.
Ther is no possible way for the baby to be Rafe’s. They’ve kissed once. Last I checked, you can’t get pregnant from a kiss.
I’m glad we’re going to see the return of Nick Fallon. Blake is a talented actor. I’d love to see Jason and Kirsten return as Belle and Shawn. They are the originals so I would be happy. So long as they are written well. I know a lot of you got excited when Carrie and Austin returned and they have panned out to be boring and the worst return ever. Seems like the only purpose here was to come between Sami and Rafe, which has completely pissed me off.
Yes, I would have preferred Ian to go over Madison. I wish they would quit using and abusing Brady. Poor guy, he deserves a listing loving relationship. Ian, by contrast is really a useless character.
