I know that EJ lost a child he thinks was his, so he knows when it comes to losing a child, what I don’t get is why he’s so willing to allow Brady to go through that, I can’t see a man who loses a baby, is so willing to have a father to have his own son killed in prison, no matter if there is no love lost between either one of them, don’t you think? I can’t see Paulina being so willing to allow EJ to do this to Tate, given, that they aren’t playing up at all to show Holly having narcotics in her possession on New Years, now are they? Think about it, what happens if Tate dies in prison all because EJ wants blood & Paulina is allowing him to do just this, when it would play up the city being sued by the Kiriakis family, what then? To me, they should put it into motion to have Stefan to tell Paulina what EJ once did for Clyde Weston, by having that be put out there would have Paulina to fire EJ, don’t you think & have Paulina getting Tate immunity when it comes to what EJ is charging Tate with, right?
I don’t understand this ruthless, evil, vengeful EJ. He has Johnny and Sydney and should understand a father’s anguish for his son. Tate is 16. He didn’t murder anyone. He should not be in an adult jail. I think it was mentioned that he was being held for manslaughter. How? Holly is still alive! The only thing Tate is truly guilty of, is obstruction of justice by trying to hide the pills that Holly took. That’s not an offense that gets a 16 year old in an adult jail. And by the way, if he’s in the same place as Lucas and Clyde—that’s prison. At worst, Tate would be in the county jail, not prison with Clyde who is a murderer. I hope Paulina steps in because EJ is being a total a-hole.
So the question that I have is why aren’t they playing up to show that Holly had narcotics in her possession on New Year’s Eve, remember, they did have Gabi saving Will’s hide for Nick’s murder, some time ago, & they did have Will telling Sonny that it was Abigail who had killed Andre, so wouldn’t you think that they should start playing up as to how they can show that Holly had narcotics in her possession on the night in question?
I think they aren’t repeating that scene because we all watched it happen. If you recall we didn’t see Andre’s murder until we had memories from Abigail of that night. No one else saw it, not even us. But we all watched Holly show the bag of pills to Tate. No need to prove to us any further that they were Holly’s pills.
But it was still Will who had told Sonny that Abigail killed Andre, no matter if it wasn’t shown or not, yes, it was shown that Holly’s pills were seen by Tate & were seen by the viewers, what I’m getting at is that they aren’t going anywhere at all that was shown to Tate, wasn’t Tate’s, but Holly’s, not until EJ brought up could Tate be innocent, but they aren’t doing anything to prove it, now are they?
Things move slowly in Salem. Give it time. At least there was progress when Nicole was talking with EJ and asked if she could have been wrong about Holly being the innocent teenager. Could they have been her drugs? Then after that conversation EJ questions if he could have been wrong about Tate giving her the drugs.
Spoilers say there is some good news about Tate this week.The issue I have is why isn’t Nicole searching Holly’s room and the mansion for hidden drugs.
