Is there a posting somewhere that says Jenn is taking the site down? I’ve been a part of this board for over 20 years. I noticed when she had to re-do it that not many participants created a new password. Only a couple of us have posted recently. Sad to see it go.

I just had the site updated. I’m not taking it down. I don’t know who created that story, but Luckey’s email asking me is the first I hear of it.
I haven’t watched DOOL in over 10 years. I keep the site up for the people who use it.
If it’s disappearing it’s because people are moving on.
As long as people want the site and I am able to keep it up, I will. If everyone bails, I’ll let it go.
I hope that clears up any ambiguity.

I think when people couldn’t get on the site for 3 weeks, they just figured that was the end. They also may not realize to get access they need to set up a new password. I am still here, I just wish more people would engage.
Same here. I love this site and hope that more people come back and offer comments.
Here is a bit of good news that many of you probably already know: Days has been renewed (if that is what you call it when a show has been on for so many years) for two more years! I am a die-hard Days fan, so this was happy news for me.I was unaware it was down until somebody emailed me. Once I found out I got it back up fairly quickly with the help of my hosting company… who went above and beyond.
Some years ago a ‘friend’ helped me revamp the site and then disappeared, leaving me not knowing how to update or fix glitches. The outage happened when hackers bombarded it to the point where my host shut it down.
Like I said, I don’t watch the show anymore so I rarely stick my nose in here… but as long as people use it I’ll keep it going. This sort of forum is more or less being replaced with social media groups but I’ll keep this up as long as people find it useful.
