I saw someone spoil it on Facebook. It’s Ben’s sister, Jordan. Also heard the person who set the fire will be revealed in the coming weeks.
He was with Hope when she was calling Ciara. I can’t see it being Jordan either as I think Ciara could take her in a fight.
But then again the writers portray police officers as if they are all stupid. Lani and Eli being detectives would put together at timeline.
1. Start and end times that Jordan was at Abby’s house?
2. Start and end times that they were with Ben?
3. Abby, what time did you last actually see Charlotte?
4. Eli and Lani were with Ben when Charlotte was taken. No way it could have been him.
4. Abby didn’t even mention the strange things Jordan was saying about Ben or question why the door may have been open after Jordan let herself out.
I keep have to reminding myself that quality of writing doesn’t matter to these people. It’s all about DA PLOT.
I would say that you could be a detective on the SPD, but that is an insult to you! These are all questions any competent police officer should ask, but not our Salem guys in blue . Maybe you should be commissioner, but you way surpass Hope!
i was thinking the same thing! How could Lani and Eli be so dumb as to even entertain the thought it was Ben considering they left Ben and went straight to Abby? Also Stefan shows up to the mansion with arm in a sling and Chad actually thinks for a moment Stefan kidnapped Charlotte. That would have to be the quietest baby ever! None of yesterday’s episode made the least littlest bit of sense.
