With both Alex & Xander & the rest of the family cut out of the Will, the one that was sent to Greece by Shane. Wouldn’t that put Sonny Kiriakis wouldn’t that put into motion of Sonny being next in line for the CEO position & if that does happen, is there a chance that Jamie Martin Mann comes back to Days as Will Horton, since Chandler refuses to make a choice?
April 2, 2024 at 7:44 am #61054mommytutuParticipantJamie Martin Mann has gone back to college. He’s also only 20 years old. I doubt he’ll become the new Will. And I don’t think Xander is out of the will, since he really is the son that Victor denied. When all is revealed and the big lie ends, Xander will be in charge.
April 2, 2024 at 3:58 pm #61056zodiacpisces1971Participantremember, the Will that Shane delivered to Greece, the one that was doctored by Constantine & Theresa, they saw that Xander is Victor’s son, they removed his name from that Will, that they put Alexander in this Will, so Theresa can romance him, so with removing Xander’s name from it, can his name go back on it, once they doctored it, I don’t think so, because that’s the only legal tender Will that’s left, that’s like Sloan playing up that Jada is still Bobby Stein’s wife & that she’s still married to him, when the prints other hand can be a loophole, & that Jada brings in EJ & or Justin to help her with this story & see if the person that’s not married to, can invalidate the one that she is still married to, so wouldn’t that work with this Will, meaning that once Xander’s name was taken off of it, can it go back on? Then what happens to the Spectator? Who runs it once this plays out, meaning, as to when they get rid of Everett Robert Lynch & that the only person left at the Spectator is Chad & Xander.
April 2, 2024 at 7:14 pm #61058doolfanParticipantI thought the will referred to a letter with the name of Victor’s son in it. I don’t recall the name being in the actual will itself. The letter was doctored, not the will. This might make a difference from a legal standpoint.
April 3, 2024 at 8:18 am #61061mommytutuParticipantI think the signature of the person who wrote the will was doctored. Just my theory. Because Xander’s name and Alex’s name did not appear in the letter, the only name we saw was the signature of Anjelica (I think that’s Alex’s mother). What is Xander’s mother’s name? Isn’t it something similar?
April 3, 2024 at 1:21 pm #61065doolfanParticipantI don’t know Xanders mother’s name, it’s very rarely mentioned if at all. It may be something similar. If I have time I’ll try to find the episodes where the will doctoring was done.
April 3, 2024 at 3:34 pm #61066zodiacpisces1971ParticipantIf the Will wasn’t doctored, then why was it in the Will that Alex got 50% & Maggie had gotten the other 50%? The reason I’m not buying that letter was doctored, is because of the fact Constantine & or Theresa would fear that their prints were on it, showing that they doctored it, right? Have they been playing up of one or the other fearing about that?

April 3, 2024 at 6:40 pm #61070doolfanParticipantI rewatched the episode where Teresa and Constantine have a flashback conversation about what they did. It’s season 59/episode 41 October 23, 2023. The son’s name was not mentioned in the will. The will refers to the letter which named Xander the son. Since both guys are named Alexander Teresa stated it would be easy to change the letter. All they would have to do is replace Xander’s mother’s name with Angelica as the person who signed the letter. Constantine offered to do it since he had access to equipment that could produce another letter.
By the way, this same episode shows the baby’s DNA results that Nicole lost and got another copy of, the correct results with Eric the father, as going into the DiMera safe. Sloan, in a hurry, stole the wrong envelope from the DiMera mansion.
April 4, 2024 at 7:22 am #61072zodiacpisces1971ParticipantWhat I saw was that she had the copy of the correct results, & had left it on the desk with the copy that EJ has, he locked up his copy, hers were never put in the safe, remember, she ran out & she saw the results that EJ locked away wasn’t her copy. Then this: the results that Kayla came back in her office with wasn’t tampered with, because those results came back in with Kayla long before Sloan rushed in to say that this test that Holly had Eric to donate his stuff to wasn’t her consent, now was it?
