IF Anna and Doc Baker cooked up this scheme, the Doc wouldn’t have necessarily told Anna about the ‘switch’… just that the child is a DiMera which could net them some ransom $. That would mean that Anna could get a conscience when she realizes she has possession of Roman’s granddaughter!
