that Eve was coming back to town. Could be that she is taking out revenge on Ben since he was the one who killed her daughter.
I don’t think it is Claire because the show usually has the guilty party be a not-so-obvious one.
My guess is that it is Eve seeking revenge on Ben for killing her daughter. But who actually made the bomb and planted it in the church for her? Is it another character or just some random bomb maker she found? She was also probably behind the nail polish on the dress, missing ring and spiked drink. if it is Eve, she’s setting up her friend Claire to take the blame. She used to be a "mother" figure or mentor for Claire with her singing career.
I believe it’s Eduardo helping Eve. A. Martinez is returning and he’s Paige’s dad so I could see him being in cahoots with Eve.
Or Eve drugged Claire to do these things and she doesn’t remember. However, drugging is DeMera thing, not Eve’s go to revenge. I don’t think Eduardo would be involved with the bomb since his son and daughter were at the wedding. Gabi was a last minute guest but not Rafe
