I’m thinking Nicole had a lot to do with Mia’s personality switch. She was always the "good girl" doing what everybody told her to do and people too advantage of that too many times. Nicole switching babies and not letting her know it was her baby that died was the last straw and she snapped. Now it’s damn the torpedoes full speed ahead and heaven help anybody who gets in her way.
