Salem Place: A Days of our Lives Discussion Forum

I'd read on Facebook last week that Sheri Anderson (a television writer and producer widely credited for co-creating some of the most memorable storylines and Supercouples on American daytime television including Luke and Laura, Bo and Hope, John and Marlena, Patch and Kayla, Tony and Anna DiMera and Shane and Kimberly) is writing a series of books on Salem.  The first A Secret in Salem is due out in November. 

I have a product review site and contacted the publisher about the possibility or reviewing this book and just received an email that I'm being put on the list to receive a copy.  The books are due to come out November 9th but they hope to have copies early next month.   

I don't know how much of what I want to say is spoilers, so I'll post it here. 

How interesting is this investigation/cover up of EJ's shooting going to be?!  I am excited.  First you have Rafe, who is so honest I don't know how he's going to lie or what plausible story he'll come up with for quitting the FBI.  Then there's Will, who apparently saw Sami leave the Manse with a gun in hand.  He hates EJ and doesn't want his mom to get in trouble, so I'm sure he'll side with her and understand why she did it.  And of course Kate, who hates Sami, but probably won't blow the whistle about their conversation for two reasons.  1) If she turns in Sami, she's turning against Will and 2) She knows if Stefano finds out she warned Sami and set it in motion, who knows what he'll do to her!

I guess Arianna is also going to find out and then get run over by a car before she can tell anyone.  That begs the question, who would run her down?  DaysCafe makes it sound like it's not an accident.

When EJ wakes up, he won't remember what happened, but I wonder what all he will remember about his non-wedding day and what his persona will be, good or evil?  Will he be remorseful for what he did or out for revenge for what happened to him?  

I can already see the scene, though.  Rafe & Sami's wedding: either the DiMeras take a shot at her or she is dragged to jail in wedding dress and handcuffs.  Who wants to bet?

Ali Sweeney has a new community or forum called Ali Sweeney.   She posts thoughts and just random stuff.  You have to register but you can then join discussions.  They're like blog posts that you comment on.

Either in the mental ward or the general population at the lock-up. No wonder they are bringing in someone to play the warden: the story will go back and forth between Salem City and Salem Prison

I know that Rafe and Sami are a good couple. That said, I am so irritated with the writers who cannot let Sami heal emotionally without a man in her bed for even 24 hours. Is it really so hard to imagine Sami just going off to bed tired and having a good night sleep alone after what she has been through??

Rafe quits the FBI to protect Sami after she tells him she shot EJ

Ari knows what Sami did but gets run over by a car befor she can say anything

Brady & Nicole play a part in blowing Vivian's plan out of the water

Mel learns Chloe cheated but not with whom.  Stef tells Kayle about the test results switch and Kayle tries to find out who

Kate decided to tell Stefano and Chad who Chad's father is

She's going to be in a dream sequence, probably advising Brady. It's always good to see her!

I guess it is true that if a character gets mentioned, like Isabella has been lately, they'll show up in a short time.

OMG How many times did I just want to punch my fist  through the damn TV!  First and foremost SAMI!!!   Shut your damn  loud mouth for 2 flippin seconds!!!  Sheesh!!  I wonder how Rafe finally got her to be quiet for 2 seconds.   and how he could possibly love her after hearing all that garbage come out of her?   She'll definetly need all the help she can get reaching up there to pull both of her feet out of her mouth!  I dont think she's EVER annoyed me so much and thats saying something for Samantha!! 

The other thing was just Stephanie,  not much to say there,  oh Nathan I love you so much,  how could you ever love someone like me,,,,  blah blah blah.....How many times has Nathan said I love you back?  You can probably count them on one hand!  She really annoyed the crap out of me more today too.
