Geeze, four days with no OT subjects.
So I guess I'll add one. I'll milk this one for all I can get.
Some of you may remember that last August I had to go in for emergency surgery for a perforated stomach (the second one), sepsis and abdominal infection. Well, it's happening again. The ulcers are back in the same place (where the small intestine is attached to the stomach) so now I'm going to have to go for surgery...AGAIN...to have that junction moved to a different area. Dr. feels I have a poor blood supply in that area which is why (in spite of all the anti-acid meds I take) even though they heal, they come right back again.
So, next Tuesday, I see him to discuss exactly how he's going to fix me (and I thought only dogs got fixed! 
) and do my pre-surgery stuff. I'm not looking forward to this but I don't want to have another perforation either. Believe me, that was no fun and EXTREMELY painful.
